2. Keep collecting information
keep collecting information in order to be a communicator. you might think that hows that goona to work but trust me to read as much as you can and then try to understand what topics are more liked by people and then talk more on that specific topic longer.
3. Speak up to the point only
You need to understand as to when you need to stop, do not go on speaking give other people a chance to speak too. If you go on speaking a lot then you are not to be likely to be creating a good image in the mind of the listener and so you get unfriendly to them.
4. Call people with their name
if you call a person with his name, a study shows there are 50% chances that he will be more friendly towards you compared to those who did not make use of their name during the conversation.
5. Speak how your speaker is speaking
always try to speak how your listener is if he speaks at a faster rate, you also speak faster if he speaks at low volume you also speak softly. It makes the other person believe you and he no more feels odd to talk to you.
6. Listen; not only to replay
listen not to replay, you must listen to the person not only to reply but also to understand as to why he is speaking what might be in his mind and his feelings that we commonly term as "empathy". Empathize towards the other person the best way to win anyone's heart.
7. Mind your body language and facial expression
not only your words and your speaking matter but a more important thing that matters a lot are your facial expressions your smile, your eye contact, and your body language don't cross your arms and speak instead, do is face towards the person and also your body in the direction of your speaker and keep nodding your head in order to show that you are connected and not sleeping.

In conclusion, I would like to tell you that communication is a skill you cannot be mastered in one day, you need to practice it on a daily basis in order to master it and also remember these 7 points in your mind and work on them daily to get the best-desired outcome
